If you do not have time to ready heavy and lengthy book on how to build arguments and be persuasive, this is the book you need. Probably the best introduction to the subject on the market.

It is generally persuasive in style, or at least should be, and should reasonably follow standards of logic or critical thinking. The mistake is to have nothing else. Arguments and debates might actually be productive if people abided by the rules presented in this rulebook.

I don’t think any average person does not already intuitively abide by the logic put forth in the book. Find it on Scholar. I understand that it’s made to be a simple rulebook, but since it’s over 80 pages long, I wasn’t expecting it to be so simple. Want to Read saving…. If you’re looking for something with more substance and logic isn’t completely unfamiliar to you, I think this book will provide very little value.
