Deaver for not forgetting, and now the wedding is perfect. James Bond is back – with all the high adventure, bizarre villains, and beautiful women with whimsical names.

His instincts – keffery for conventions and their undermining – served Fleming well. None of the novels in this series can hardly be called literary masterpieces but they have achieved cult status over the years.

Will I check out his other works? Jeffery Deaver, on the other hand, is known mainly for crime-solving detective novels that usually involve an element of creepiness.
